What we expect from Landlords:

  • Sign and return our Management and Agency Agreements
  • Take into account our recommendations from the Private Rented Housing Panel Standards Report
  • Agree to compulsory maintenance on safety aspects of the property
  • Supply full contact details and relevant documents
